Customer Service & Frequently Asked Questions

 運送 Processing , Shipping, and Handling 

• All orders including merchandise requires processing and may take up to 3-7 business days to be fulfilled prior to shipment, due to new item releases. You will be notified via E-Mail that your order has been confirmed,processed, and shipped to the provided address. We are not responsible for your order once it's shipped.

• Sticker order are delivered through USPS via regular postage / parcel envelopes, are not eligible for tracking. (3-5 business days)

収益 Returns

• All Sales are FINAL. NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES unless Hella Kawaii has made an error with the order. Please contact us if only you have any questions or concerns with your order or product. Please include your order number. Please allow Up to 48 hours (Monday-Friday) for a reply. I'll try my best to respond ASAP.
